STUDY ISLAND – An online learning platform that provides K–12 students with standards-aligned practice, formative assessments, and test prep. Available for most 8th grade students and in some elementary schools.
IXL – Supplemental science practice for grades 6-12. Students are assigned skills by their teacher, but they can explore independently, too.
GIZMOS – Interactive science labs and simulations for grades 3-12. Students are assigned Gizmos by their teacher, but they can explore independently, too.
Ducks Unlimited Ecology Conservation and Management Industry Certification
Levy is proud to offer the Ducks Unlimited Ecology Conservation and Management Industry Certification in our Enviornmental Science course! While learning enviornmental science standards using our core curriculum from McGraw Hill, students also work through modules for the Ducks Unlimited Ecology Conservation and Management course to earn an industry certification that can be used to gain verifiable, real-world skills that enhance their resumes, boost employability, and improve post-secondary outcomes, preparing them for higher-paying jobs and smoother career transitions after graduation.
